I don't know how the powder is working yet, as I have only had it for three days. I am using it in conjunction with berberine and quercetin for increasing AMPK external to the hypothalamus to burn off the dangerous visceral fat that is around my internal organs. I think it takes around 3 to 4 weeks to see some results. Thanks, Bob
