havent started yet. but i have to say that i wasn't crazy about the delivery. i got home and packet was in mail box. it was a very hot day and if not because i came home early that day; about an hrs after mailman delivered it would have overheated and content would have most likely lost its potency. packet was warm to the touch. so i happened to have been home several hrs later it would have been hot but hot to the touch instead.
