I was looking for a reasonably priced source of alpha lipoic acid to take as an antioxidant and to help my body recycle and use other substances, particularly glutathione, since a shortage of glutathione causes me a lot of problems, including muscle weakness and falling down. Bulk Supplments provides a high quality, reasonably priced alpha lipoic acid powder that I load into my own capsules. Taking it has decreased my need for glutathione, which must be absorbed through the skin, since it would break down into its component parts in digestion. I highly recommend it.
